Niskayuna Resident Charged After Hit-and-Run Leaves Woman in Critical Condition!
A Niskayuna man is facing charges after police say he struck a woman with his car in Schenectady and fled the scene. The incident occurred early in the morning near the intersection of Union Street and Nott Terrace.
