Shocking Albany Robbery: 3 Arrested After BB Gun Display and Foot Chase!
Albany Police have arrested three individuals following an attempted robbery early Saturday morning on the 200 block of Quail Street. The arrested suspects include Tyreem Gardner, 20, Octavion Dudley, 18, and a 17-year-old minor. All three have been charged with second-degree robbery.
According to the police report, Gardner, Dudley, and the minor confronted a 20-year-old woman and a 21-year-old man. They forcibly took a bag from the woman. During the encounter, the suspects displayed a handgun, which was later identified by police as a BB gun.

After a brief foot chase, officers apprehended the suspects near Yates Street and Ontario Street. They also recovered the BB gun during the arrest. Gardner and Dudley are currently being held at Albany County Jail while awaiting bail. The 17-year-old suspect was released into the custody of his parents.
