Shocking Attack: Capital Region Man Arrested After Gun Assault on Woman!

A 23-year-old man from the Capital Region has been arrested after being accused of threatening a woman with a gun during a domestic dispute in Albany. The incident occurred on Wednesday, September 25, around 10:30 a.m. on South Pearl Street.

Albany Police reported that Teshawn Conley, from Albany, was involved in a physical altercation with a woman. During the dispute, Conley allegedly threatened the woman with a handgun while a child was present. The woman sustained injuries during the altercation, according to the police.

Conley remained at the scene after the incident and was arrested by responding officers. Following his arrest, Albany Police detectives from the Children and Family Service Unit executed a search warrant at Conley’s residence. During the search, police recovered two illegal handguns.

The charges against Conley are severe. He faces multiple charges, including assault, endangering the welfare of a child, menacing, criminal possession of a weapon, and criminal possession of a firearm. Additionally, Conley was charged with assault in connection to a separate incident.

After his arrest, Conley was remanded to the Albany County Jail, where his bail was set at $40,000.
