Albany Police Arrest Woman for Allegedly Smashing Windows at 10 Central Avenue Businesses!
Albany Police arrested a 28-year-old woman early Wednesday morning for breaking the windows of 10 businesses in the city.
The woman, identified as Sarah Magner from Albany, was charged with both second-degree and third-degree criminal mischief.
