Uriah Santiago-Dorsey is described as a Black male with a medium complexion. He stands about 3 feet 5 inches tall and weighs approximately 68 pounds. He has brown eyes and brown hair. At the time he went missing, Uriah was wearing a grey button-up shirt, tan pants, and green shoes.
