Missouri MAN ALLEGEDLY KILLS EX-GIRLFRIEND and Involves New Girlfriend to Help HIDE BODY, Police Report

A Richwoods man was accused of beating and killing his ex-girlfriend, then enlisting the help of his new girlfriend to bury the body and destroy evidence.

Tony Charboneau and Brandi Luffy were charged with the June 20 shooting death of an unidentified lady in Washington County. The victim’s name was Amy Houge, according to Washington County Sheriff Zach Jacobsen.

According to police, Charboneau began beating and stomping on Houge after arguing with her on his property. Charboneau attacked her before loading her into a wheelchair, tying her hands and ankles up with ratchet straps, and placing her in the back of his car.

According to police, as Charboneau was tying up Houge, Luffy collected shovels, tarps, a pickaxe, and a rifle and loaded them into his car. They then drove Houge to a neighboring wooded area and led her down a slope.

After digging a shallow grave, investigators say he shot Houge in the head. According to the criminal documents, he then buried her body with mud, tree limbs, and huge rocks while Luffy remained in the car as a lookout.

According to the documents, Charboneau and Luffy burned the ratchet straps and tarp before dumping Houge’s purse into a river in Jefferson County.

According to the charging documents, Luffy admitted to the crimes during an interview with police and led them to the shallow grave.
