22-Year-Old Yonkers Resident Faces Felony Charges for Upskirt Video Attempt!
A 22-year-old man from Yonkers has been arrested on charges of unlawful surveillance after allegedly attempting to record an upskirt video. Police identified the suspect as Gueovanni Patterson.
According to the Yonkers Police Department, the incident occurred on November 6. Authorities shared a video that captured Patterson placing his phone under a woman’s skirt in what appeared to be an attempt to film without her consent.
The woman noticed the suspicious behaviour and immediately confronted Patterson. He fled the scene after the confrontation.
A bystander who witnessed the incident assisted the woman in reporting the matter to the police. Investigators quickly worked to identify the suspect, and Patterson was taken into custody on Thursday. He now faces felony charges related to the incident.
Police have confirmed that Patterson is being held on bail as he awaits his upcoming court appearance. Authorities are continuing to urge anyone who witnesses similar incidents to report them promptly to help ensure community safety.
