28-Year-Old Halfmoon Woman Faces Charges for Allegedly Damaging Property Over $250

A 28-year-old woman from Halfmoon, Fiona Iradukunda, has been taken into custody by the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office after allegedly damaging someone else’s property. The incident occurred on November 7, with authorities responding to a call about a domestic situation on Meyer Road in Halfmoon at around 11:34 a.m.

According to the Source, an investigation was conducted following the complaint, leading to Iradukunda’s arrest. She is accused of purposely causing damage to another person’s property, valued at over $250. Additionally, she allegedly interfered with another individual’s belongings with the aim of causing significant trouble for them.

Iradukunda now faces two charges: third-degree criminal mischief and third-degree criminal tampering. She has since appeared in Halfmoon Town Court, where she was released on her recognizance and will need to return for upcoming legal proceedings.

Following her arrest, Iradukunda was arraigned in the Halfmoon Town Court. She was released on her recognizance, meaning she did not have to post bail and will need to appear for further proceedings as scheduled.
