3 Accused in narcotics bust in Lansingburgh

Three people who live in Troy have been charged of peddling illegal substances.

Using a warrant, the police conducted a search of a residence located at 654 5th Avenue in Lansingburgh. Reportedly, fentanyl and heroin were discovered inside the vehicle.

David Arrington, 54, Robert Murray, 59, and Laura White-Pullen, 54, were arrested and face multiple charges.

These include criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, criminal possession of a narcotic drug, and criminal possession of a controlled substance.

After their arrest, they were held in custody and are now awaiting arraignment. During the arraignment, they will appear before a judge to hear the formal charges against them and to determine the conditions of their bail, if any.

The charges indicate serious allegations related to the illegal possession and intended distribution of controlled substances.
