A California man shoots his wife, child, and in-laws in their house; his second son, age one, is critically injured, according to the authorities
Following a domestic violence shooting on Wednesday night, authorities reported that a man from California killed his wife, kid, and in-laws before being taken into custody.
First-degree murder is one of the several accusations that 54-year-old Shane Parrish Killian is facing, according to Alameda County Jail records.
According to the Alameda Police Department, someone called them on Wednesday night reporting that their neighbor had been shot. While emptying the house, the responding officers discovered a victim along with numerous others.
According to Alameda Police Department spokesperson Sarah Henry, “four shooting victims died at the scene: the shooter’s wife, father-in-law, mother-in-law, and 6-year-old son.” Sarah Henry talked with Fox News Digital. “A second young son was also shot and is in very critical condition.”
The 6-year-old child who was slain was critically injured, as was Killian’s 1-year-old son.
Fox San Francisco was informed by Alameda Police Chief Nishant Joshi that detectives had discovered “multiple firearms and significant evidence” connecting the husband to the crime.
The killings’ motivation has not been revealed by the authorities.
