A man was stabbed and killed at a homeless camp in Long Beach

As a result of a man being stabbed to death at a homeless encampment in Long Beach, police have stated that an investigation is currently being conducted.

An incident of stabbing was reported to have occurred at 8:50 a.m. on Saturday in the vicinity of the Los Angeles River and Long Beach Boulevard. Officers arrived to the scene. A male was discovered by policemen who arrived on the scene suffering from a stab wound to the upper torso, according to the police.

It was determined that the individual, who had not been recognized as of Sunday afternoon, had passed away at the scene of the incident.

The individual was involved in a verbal disagreement that evolved into a stabbing, according to the police, who confirmed the findings of their investigations.
