Big News: Rotterdam Pizzeria Closes for Unspecified Duration!

Lucia’s Two Go, a beloved pizzeria located at 404 Princetown Road in Rotterdam, New York, is set to close its doors for an indefinite period. Owner Paul Corradi Sr. shared the heartfelt announcement in a Facebook post on Tuesday, citing personal and operational challenges that have led to this difficult decision.

In the announcement, Corradi expressed his gratitude to the community while reflecting on the challenges faced over the past few years. “As many of you are aware, the past few years have been very challenging,” he wrote.

“Since the devastating loss of my business partner and best friend and the constant struggle to find the amount of help needed to produce and provide the standard of food that we have become noted for, I have come to the difficult realization that it is time for me to make a notable change.”

The restaurant, known for its pizza, subs, salads, wings, specialty breads, and pasta dinners, has been a community favorite for 30 years. Despite the challenges, Corradi emphasized his appreciation for the loyal customers who have supported Lucia’s Two Go through the years.

“It has been an absolute pleasure feeding you and your families the past 30 years,” he shared. “I am extremely grateful for your patronage.”

The last day of regular service will be Saturday, December 21. Although the pizzeria will not accept any new orders, Corradi assured customers that all existing holiday pre-orders will be honored.
