Daring Robbery: Suspects Break into Mid-City Pharmacy Overnight!

A pharmacy in Mid-City became the target of a break-in early Tuesday morning.

According to the Los Angeles Police Department, several suspects forced their way into the store by smashing through the front door and cutting the security gate.

The incident took place at The Pharmacy Depot, located on Pico Boulevard, around 3 a.m. Surveillance footage captured the scene, showing multiple masked individuals entering the pharmacy.

One of the suspects, holding what looked like a power tool, was seen jumping over the counter and rushing towards the medicine shelves.

It is still unclear exactly what items were stolen during the break-in. The pharmacy owner mentioned that this is not the first time his business has faced such trouble; in fact, it’s the fourth time this location has been burglarized.

This burglary follows a series of similar break-ins at pharmacies in the San Fernando Valley area.

However, the Los Angeles Police Department’s Wilshire Division stated that, unlike the San Fernando Valley, it has not seen a trend of pharmacy burglaries in its area.
