Florida Man Facing Weapon Charges After Guns Found at Saratoga County Naval Site!

A Florida man has been arrested after police discovered guns in his vehicle at a Naval nuclear laboratory in Saratoga County. Troopers were called to the Kenneth A. Kesselring Site in Milton around 12:15 p.m. on November 20. The incident began when security officers conducted a routine inspection and found weapons in the vehicle.

State Police said the man, identified as 33-year-old Rolando M. Perez-Ruiz from Odessa, Florida, had several firearms, gun parts, illegal high-capacity magazines, and ammunition in his vehicle while on the property. Perez-Ruiz was working for a private transportation company at the time and had been at the site to pick up a delivery.

According to the source, Perez-Ruiz did not display any weapons during the incident. Despite this, he was arrested and charged with eight counts of criminal possession of a weapon.

Perez-Ruiz was brought before the Milton Town Court, where he was arraigned. He was then taken to the Saratoga County Jail. His bail was set at $25,000 in cash, $50,000 in bond, or $250,000 in a partially secured bond. The case is under further investigation, and more details may be released as the legal process continues.
