Hell’s Kitchen Crime Alert: Police Search for Stabbing Suspect Near Popular Deli!

Police are currently searching for a suspect involved in a stabbing and robbery that took place outside a deli in Hell’s Kitchen on Sunday evening.

The NYPD reported that officers were called to the scene around 4:33 PM following a 911 call. The incident occurred near the intersection of W57th Street and 10th Avenue.

Upon arrival, officers discovered that a 42-year-old man had been stabbed in the torso with an unspecified cutting weapon by an unidentified male.

Following the stabbing, the suspect reportedly stole the victim’s cell phone before fleeing the scene on foot, heading north on 10th Avenue.

A video captured by a Citizen app user shows two police cars stationed outside Roosevelt Gourmet Deli, with officers investigating the scene.

The footage also shows the arrival of an ambulance to tend to the injured man.

Emergency medical services transported the victim to Mount Sinai St. Luke’s Hospital, where he is said to be in stable condition.

This incident was not the only act of violence reported in Hell’s Kitchen that day.

Earlier on Sunday, at approximately 4:20 AM, police responded to a separate incident where a 39-year-old man was shot in the leg near W50th Street and the West Side Highway.

Authorities also noted a previous crime at the same location in April, where a man accidentally shot his accomplice during an attempted robbery.
