A young woman from Schenectady is facing charges after being caught using fake identification at the Albany International Airport.

Medina-Aguilar was attempting to pass through security using fraudulent documents.

Medina-Aguilar was allegedly carrying a forged employment authorization card along with a fake Social Security card.

Law enforcement responded quickly to the situation, leading to her arrest. She was charged with two counts of possession of a forged instrument, a serious offense under the law.

Following her arrest, Medina-Aguilar was given an appearance ticket, meaning she will need to appear in Colonie Town Court at a later date to face these charges.
