Shocking: Two Florida Men Found With Loaded Guns and Runaway Teens in NY Traffic Stop!

Two men from Florida were found with runaway girls and illegal firearms after being pulled over in Ridgefield Park, New Jersey.

The incident took place on Sunday, October 6, when Officer Lavrone Green stopped a Penske truck in the westbound lanes near the I-95 ramp around 11:35 a.m., as Chief Joseph Rella reported.

Officer Green investigated the scene with the support of Sgt. Nicholas Triano, Ptl. Marco, and Ptl. Anthony D’Elia.

The men in the truck were identified as Freddie Lynum, 35, and Lamont Cushion, 27, both from Gainesville, Florida.

According to Chief Rella, the men were traveling to New York to make a delivery when they picked up two runaway girls while passing through Virginia.

Chief Rella also mentioned that Freddie Lynum is an ex-convict. A detailed search of the vehicle, assisted by the Bergen County Sheriff’s Department K-9 unit, revealed a loaded Glock 19 with a high-capacity magazine, stolen hollow point bullets, and a KSRC Ruger handgun with its serial number defaced.

They also discovered several small zip-lock bags containing a brown powdery substance and various drug paraphernalia.

Lynum and Cushion were taken into custody and transported to the Bergen County Jail without incident.

The Division of Child Protection and Permanency (DCPP) took charge of the two juvenile girls found with them. Both men now face several charges related to weapon possession, child endangerment, and drug offenses.
