12-Year-Old Schenectady Rider Captivates Millions on Instagram with Stunning Bike Tricks!

A 12-year-old boy from Schenectady, New York, has captured the hearts of millions on Instagram with his incredible bike tricks and infectious energy. Julio Santana III, better known online as @BabyDBlocks, has become a social media sensation, earning over 1.6 million followers and gaining professional sponsorship along the way.

Julio’s passion for bikes started at a very young age. His father, Julio Santana II, noticed his son’s talent early on and created his social media page when he was just four years old.

Since then, they’ve been sharing his bike journey with the world, focusing on positivity and avoiding negativity. Julio Santana II manages his son’s page to ensure it remains a safe and inspiring space for followers. He believes that while negative content might attract views, it doesn’t build long-lasting success.

Baby D Blocks is not just popular on social media; he’s also a sponsored rider for SE Bikes, a well-known bike company. Additionally, he holds a Guinness World Record for bursting the most balloons while performing a wheelie on an electric minibike in just 30 seconds.

“I didn’t know I was going to pop all of them in one go,” said Julio, recalling the thrilling moment of setting the record. “I was screaming into my helmet.”

The young rider’s popularity has opened doors for him and his father to travel the world, attending events and hosting bike giveaways. From Puerto Rico to Italy, Baby D Blocks and his dad have made it their mission to inspire others to follow their dreams.

They’re especially passionate about giving back to the community and helping kids see a world beyond their hometown. Julio Santana II, noticing that many kids in Schenectady lack opportunities to leave the city, built a bus to take groups of kids to different places, allowing them to experience life beyond their neighborhood.

Julio practices daily, constantly perfecting his skills and trying out new tricks. He enjoys every moment on his bike, but one of his favorite memories is visiting Jamaica, where he had the chance to hand out bikes to kids in underprivileged communities.

“With his heart, I know he is going to be able to bring a circle with him to change their lives,” his father said, expressing his pride in his son’s generosity and commitment to making a positive impact.

Through his journey, Julio has become an inspiration to kids around the world. His message is simple but powerful: “Just don’t give up and keep pushing yourself.” For Julio, biking is more than just a sport; it’s a way to connect with others, spread joy, and show that with passion and hard work, anything is possible.

His father is fully supportive of his son’s dreams, no matter where they lead. “As long as he has delightful memories,” Santana II said, “if he wants to stop next week, I’ll support him regardless of what happens.”
