California’s top nursing school is CSULB School of Nursing

The 9th annual Nursing School Review by RNcareers.org has named Cal State Long Beach’s School of Nursing as the best nursing program in California.

RNCareers.org compiled its merit-based rankings by assessing over 1,700 nursing programs. Program accreditation, tuition prices, academic achievement, instructor credentials, student happiness, program offerings, career success, and school reputation are some of the factors.

The Beach School of Nursing continuously receives recognition for its exceptional program outcomes. Because of the intense training that students undergo, the school’s Bachelor of Science in Nursing program was named the finest nursing degree in California and has virtually a 100% first-time pass rate on the NCLEX-RN over the last five years.

The School of Nursing’s dedication to “excellence in nursing education,” which advances clinical practice and research, is further highlighted by this top ranking.

“We are honored that our nursing program has received recognition,” stated Jane Close Conoley, president of CSULB. “Our School of Nursing professors and staff’s extraordinary devotion and commitment guarantee that CSULB nursing students receive the best instruction and preparation available.

Our goal is to mold the workforce in California, and the CSULB School of Nursing accomplishes this goal by putting students on the path to prosperous jobs that will enable them to make major contributions to the healthcare industry.

The university provides a wealth of services and assistance to its students, such as clinical collaborations with nearby healthcare facilities and academic counseling. This extensive support network contributes to making sure students are ready for nursing professions.

The dean of the College of Health and Human Services, Monica Lounsbery, expressed gratitude for the “well-deserved recognition” she received for the “longstanding exemplary work of the School of Nursing faculty, staff, and students.” She also mentioned that the school recently introduced an online program for registered nurses to earn a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, which will increase student access to “Beach Nursing” and help the state of California meet its growing nursing shortage.
