Woman Arrested for Hit-and-run and Assaulting Officer at Tulsa Casino
A woman who is accused of hit-and-run and aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer was taken into custody by the Tulsa Police Department.
The arrest report stated that officers were dispatched to the River Spirit Casino in response to an allegation of an employee who was intoxicated while on the job.
The documents stated that the officer discovered Chelsea Smith in her vehicle and instructed her to come to a stop.
She allegedly drove toward the officer, came to a halt, and then struck him with her vehicle, according to the report.
The officer discovered ten empty alcoholic drink containers and two edible marijuana products in her vehicle after she exited the vehicle, according to the documents.
