Woman Shot and Killed in South Sacramento; Details Still Emerging
SACRAMENTO, Calif. – According to the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office, a woman tragically passed away on Monday morning after being shot in Sacramento County.
According to the sheriff’s office, the incident took place in the south Sacramento region on 66th Avenue, close to East Southgate Drive. There are multiple law enforcement personnel present at the location.
There has been no disclosure of information regarding the time of the shooting, the events that led up to the shooting, or the number of other individuals that were engaged.
In the vicinity of the location where the incident took place, emergency medical services were called to the Cardosa Village Senior Apartments at approximately 9:43 in the morning.
