A Bronx man has been sentenced to 13 years in federal prison for his involvement in a drug operation that led to the tragic death of a 15-month-old child.
Jhan Carlos Capellan Maldonado, a 35-year-old resident of Bronx, New York, was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Esther Salas in Newark federal court.
