Tragedy Strikes: 4 Dead in Two Separate NYC Crashes Overnight!

A tragic night in New York City saw four people lose their lives in two separate crashes that occurred late Saturday and early Sunday morning, according to the New York Police Department (NYPD).

The first crash occurred in the Bronx. It happened at the intersection of Park Avenue and Claremont Parkway around 9:30 p.m. A Honda Accord, filled with passengers, was heading northbound when it collided with a Toyota Highlander traveling eastbound.

The impact of the collision was so severe that one of the cars flipped over and ended up on its roof.

Emergency responders rushed to the scene and transported at least four men to St. Barnabas Hospital. Tragically, two of the men, aged 24 and 25, could not survive the injuries they sustained.

The other two men, aged 27 and 30, were also taken to the hospital, though the severity of their injuries wasn’t immediately clear.

Police spent the night trying to figure out which driver was responsible for the crash, but by Sunday morning, they had not released any additional details about their investigation.

Just a few hours after the crash in the Bronx, another deadly collision occurred, this time in East Harlem, Manhattan. At around 4:45 a.m., a motorcycle and an SUV collided at the intersection of East 106th Street and Third Avenue.

The two individuals on the motorcycle, a 35-year-old woman and a man whose age has not been confirmed, were killed in the crash.

The driver of the SUV, a Toyota RAV4, remained at the scene after the crash, and police have not released further details about the incident.
