In a recent development, 44-year-old John Russo III from Ballston Spa faces legal repercussions as he was arrested by the State Police of Wilton on charges of third-degree grand larceny and petit larceny. The arrest followed an investigation into a reported larceny at a Wilton Home Depot on February 23.

Initially, Russo III was charged with stealing merchandise worth over $200 on January 21, an incident that prompted the police inquiry. Subsequently, he was processed at the State Police of Wilton, issued an appearance ticket, and released, with a scheduled court appearance on March 19.

It is reported that he is suspected of stealing merchandise valued at over $9,000 collectively during multiple visits to the Home Depot between October 2023 and January 2024.
